This committee has the care and custody of all property of the Church, subject to the authority of the Church as expressed in its votes, but has no power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease or transfer any real property unless specifically authorized by a vote of the Church.  They may borrow money, outside of the Church budget, for, and, in the name of, and, on behalf of, the Church, if recommended by the Finance Committee and the Church Council, and authorized by a vote of the Church at a meeting, in the notice of which it shall be states such a matter is to be considered. The Trustees oversee the work of all custodial staff and services, and ensure that the Church property meets all state and local codes and regulations. They currently have 9 members and meet monthly.
